Products, Deliveries and Returns:

We will always try and represent our products as accurately as we can on our website.

Pictures are guidelines only.

We try to ensure that our product lists are up to date and in stock, but cannot accept responsibility for any stock shortages due to supplier problems.

This also applies to price increases or changes. We try and ensure that prices are correctly displayed, but reserve the right, incase of a mistake creeping in on a page, regarding price, to not be held liable for these changes. In these instances, we will contact the customer and offer a refund or exchange of product.

We will ensure that all products are delivered to the customer undamaged and in good order.

Return Policy

In case of damaged goods received by the customer, we will try and replace the damage goods and if this is not possible will refund you, as long as we are notified within 48 hours of  delivery and the product is returned within 14 days of purchase.
